Getting the party perfect feet? Before your dance steps, the most important are: your feet. So, first your feet and then the party beats! With a few, easy, foot care tips described as below, you will be ‘party ready.’ Step 1: Wash your feet daily with soap and warm water. While your feet are still dry, use a pumice stone to remove dry, flaky skin from heels and the bottom of the feet. It will make the calluses on your toes very smooth. Then, completely dry your feet, especially between the toes. Step 2: Cut your toenails straight across to avoid ingrown toenails. Use a nail file or emery board to smooth the rough, sharp edges of your toenails. Step 3: Moisturize your feet with creams or lotions of oil-based ingredients like shea butter of coconut oil to soften the skin. Step 4: When you wear sandals, apply a sun block to your feet. It will reduce the possibility of sunburn.
